The very first time that I saw you
I already had a crush on you
And I didn't know just what to do
So I could be able to meet you

I was very happy when we met
That certain happiness I can't express
And you have been so nice to me
The next thing I found is that we're friends

As time goes by my feelings grew
And found myself in-love with you
Because you've been so very sweet
And made my lonely life complete

And when you knew I was in love you
I had been trying to avoid you
Because I've been so very shy
And knew you don't love me, that's why!

But I really have to talk to you
Cause I want you still to be my friend
That I wouldn't just what to do
When the time comes that I'll lose you

You told me you love somebody else
And I can't deny that I was hurt
But I am ready to accept the truth
Cause I didn't do anything good

The only thing I want to tell you
Is that I'll still keep on loving you
Cause when I fell in love with you
I want to be the best for you

It really did helped me a lot
And I was able to learn that
When you're in love with someone special
You'll do everything for that special someone

And even though you're not in love with me
I want you to know  that I am here
Right by your side and isn't gone
My shoulder's here, you can lean on

I also want you to know
That I don't know why I love you
The only thing that I do know
MY HEART IS YOURS, AND YOURS ALONE...
